This replaces omg's g with a q. This is because of the proven existence of Qod, and is applicable when God has no place in a conversation.
OMQ what's going on?!

"Oh My Quail"
Much like OMG, except it is used among quail lovers.

Generally has the same meaning as "omg" or "oh my god/gosh". omfqis also an acceptable form. Can be used positively (1) or negatively (2).

Originally used by the Seattle-area famous Elize Papineau, and has now spread all over the internets via AIM, LJ, myspace, etc.
1) Omq! I love you so bad, child!
2) OMQ WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU, DOUCHEBAG?

The abbreviated way of saying "Oh my quail". Because quails are considered Holy in many religions, such as the Farqunglu tribes of South America, it is interchangeable with "Oh my god".
"OMQ is that Justin Beiber"?

how dumb people spell "omg" (they mix up the "g" and the "q" because they look similar-ish)
Texting:

-um... u mean "omg"
