The banquet at the Greasy Dragoon was great except for the snotty gobbles; I couldn't pick them up with my chopsticks!

Any Japanese or Chinese food which is slimy or gelatinous, such as sea cucumber, congee, sharks fin soup etc
The Chinese banquet was great but I found it hard to eat the snotty gobbles with the chopsticks!
